มาตรา 497

• สิทธิในการไถ่ทรัพย์สินนั้น จะพึงใช้ได้แต่บุคคลเหล่านี้ คือ
• (๑) ผู้ขายเดิม หรือทายาทของผู้ขายเดิม หรือ
• (๒) ผู้รับโอนสิทธินั้น หรือ
• (๓) บุคคลซึ่งในสัญญายอมไว้โดยฉะเพาะว่าให้เป็นผู้ไถ่ได้

• (1) The original seller of his heirs, o.
• (2) The transferee of the right, o.
• (3) Any person expressly allowed to redeem by the contract.
