มาตรา 575
- อันว่าจ้างแรงงานนั้น คือสัญญาซึ่งบุคคลคนหนึ่ง เรียกว่าลูกจ้าง ตกลงจะทำงานให้แก่บุคคลอีกคนหนึ่ง เรียกว่านายจ้าง และนายจ้างตกลงจะให้สินจ้างตลอดเวลาที่ทำงานให้
