มาตรา 471
- เมื่อขายทอดตลาดได้เงินเป็นจำนวนสุทธิเท่าใด ให้ผู้ขายหักเอาจำนวนที่ค้างชำระแก่ตนเพื่อราคาและค่าจับจ่ายเกี่ยวการนั้นไว้ ถ้าและยังมีเงินเหลือ ก็ให้ส่งมอบแก่ผู้ซื้อโดยพลัน

- The seller shall deduct from the net proceeds of the public auction what is due to him for the price and incidental charges and deliver forthwith any surplus to the buyer.
