มาตรา 624
- ในข้อความรับผิดของผู้ขนส่งในการที่ของสูญหาย หรือบุบสลาย หรือส่งชักช้านั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้อง เมื่อพ้นกำหนดปีหนึ่งนับแต่ส่งมอบ หรือปีหนึ่งนับแต่วันที่ควรจะได้ส่งมอบ เว้นแต่ในกรณีที่มีการทุจริต
Section 624. (Draft in English from Vol.93)
- No action on account of loss, damage or delay can be entered against the carrier later than one year after delivery, or one year after the date when delivery ought to have been made, except in case of bad faith.
