มาตรา 632
- เมื่อเอาของออกขายทอดตลาดแล้ว ได้เงินจำนวนสุทธิเท่าใด ให้ผู้ขนส่งหักไว้เป็นเงินค่าระวางพาหนะและค่าอุปกรณ์ ถ้าและยังมีเงินเหลืออยู่อีกเท่าใด ต้องส่งมอบให้แก่บุคคลผู้ควรที่จะได้เงินนั้นโดยพลัน
