มาตรา 501
  • ทรัพย์สินซึ่งไถ่นั้น ท่านว่าต้องส่งคืนตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ในเวลาไถ่ แต่ถ้าหากว่าทรัพย์สินนั้นถูกทำลายหรือทำให้เสื่อมเสียไปเพราะความผิดของผู้ซื้อไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้ซื้อจะต้องใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทน
