มาตรา 531
- อันผู้ให้จะเรียกถอนคืนการให้เพราะเหตุผู้รับประพฤติเนรคุณนั้น ท่านว่าอาจจะเรียกได้แต่เพียงในกรณีดั่งจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้
