มาตรา 735
- เมื่อผู้รับจำนองคนใดจำนงจะบังคับจำนองเอาแก่ผู้รับโอนทรัพย์สินซึ่งจำนอง ท่านว่าต้องมีจดหมายบอกกล่าวความจำนงแก่ผู้รับโอนล่วงหน้าเดือนหนึ่งก่อน แล้วจึงจะบังคับจำนองได้
