มาตรา 532
- ทายาทของผู้ให้อาจเรียกให้ถอนคืนการให้ได้แต่เฉพาะในเหตุที่ผู้รับได้ฆ่าผู้ให้ตายโดยเจตนาและไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย หรือได้กีดกันผู้ให้ไว้มิให้ถอนคืนการให้
- แต่ว่าผู้ให้ได้ฟ้องคดีไว้แล้วอย่างใดโดยชอบ ทายาทของผู้ให้จะว่าคดีอันนั้นต่อไปก็ได้

- [I] The heir of the donor can claim revocation only if the donee has intentionally and unlawfully killed the donor or prevented him from revoking the gift.
