- ถ้าว่าของสูญหายไปเพราะเหตุสุดวิสัย ท่านว่าผู้ขนส่งไม่มีสิทธิจะได้เงินค่าระวางพาหนะ ถ้าและได้รับไปไว้ก่อนแล้ว เท่าใดต้องส่งคืนจงสิ้น
