มาตรา 530

• ถ้าการให้นั้นมีค่าภารติดพัน ท่านว่าผู้ให้จะต้องรับผิดเพื่อความชำรุดบกพร่องหรือเพื่อการรอนสิทธิเช่นเดียวกันกับผู้ขาย แต่ท่านจำกัดไว้ว่าไม่เกินจำนวนค่าภารติดพัน

• If the gift is encumbered with a charge, the donor is liable for defect or eviction in the same manner as a seller but only to the extent of the charge.
