มาตรา 496

• ถ้าในสัญญามีกำหนดเวลาไถ่ต่ำกว่าสิบปี ฤๅต่ำกว่าปีหนึ่งตามประเภททรัพย์ ท่านว่าหาอาจจะขยายเวลานั้นในภายหลังได้ไม่
