มาตรา 485
  • ข้อสัญญาว่าจะไม่ต้องรับผิดนั้น ไม่อาจคุ้มความรับผิดของผู้ขายในผลของการอันผู้ขายได้กระทำไปเอง หรือผลแห่งข้อความจริงอันผู้ขายได้รู้อยู่แล้วและปกปิดเสีย
