มาตรา 462
  • การส่งมอบนั้นจะทำอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดก็ได้สุดแต่ว่าเป็นผลให้ทรัพย์สินนั้นไปอยู่ในเงื้อมมือของผู้ซื้อ
