มาตรา 486

ผู้ซื้อจำต้องรับมอบทรัพย์สินที่ตนได้รับซื้อและใช้ราคาตามบทบัญญัติแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้ ลักษณชำนะหนี้

Section 486. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)

The buyer is bound to take delivery of the property sold and to pay the price in accordance to the provisions of this Code concerning Performance.
