มาตรา 510
  • ผู้ซื้อในการขายทอดตลาดจะต้องทำตามคำโฆษณาบอกขาย และตามความข้ออื่นๆ ซึ่งผู้ทอดตลาดได้แถลงก่อนเผดิมการสู้ราคาทรัพย์สินฉะเพาะรายไป
