มาตรา 511

• ท่านห้ามมิให้ผู้ทอดตลาดเข้าสู้ราคา หรือใช้ให้ผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดเข้าสู้ราคา ในการทอดตลาดซึ่งตนเป็นผู้อำนวยการเอง
