มาตรา 512
  • ท่านห้ามมิให้ผู้ขายเข้าสู้ราคาเอง หรือใช้ให้ผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดเข้าสู้ราคา เว้นแต่จะได้แถลงไว้โดยฉะเพาะในคำโฆษณาบอกการทอดตลาดนั้นว่าผู้ขายถือสิทธิที่จะเข้าสู้ราคาด้วย
