มาตรา 514
  • ผู้สู้ราคาย่อมพ้นความผูกพันในราคาซึ่งตนสู้แต่ขณะเมื่อผู้อื่นสู้ราคาสูงขึ้นไป ไม่ว่าการที่ผู้อื่นสู้นั้นจะสมบูรณ์หรือมิสมบูรณ์ประการใด อีกประการหนึ่งเมื่อใดถอนทรัพย์สินรายนั้นจากการทอดตลาด ผู้สู้ราคาก็พ้นความผูกพันแต่ขณะที่ถอนนั้นดุจกัน
