ลักษณะ ๖ จ้างแรงงาน

มาตรา 577

• นายจ้างจะโอนสิทธิของตนให้แก่บุคคลภายนอกก็ได้เมื่อลูกจ้างยินยอมพร้อมใจด้วย
• ลูกจ้างจะให้บุคคลภายนอกทำงานแทนตนก็ได้เมื่อนายจ้างยินยอมพร้อมด้วย
• ถ้าคู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดทำการฝ่าฝืนบทบัญญัตินี้ คู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งจะบอกเลิกสัญญาเสียก็ได้

• [I] The employer may transfer his right to a third person with the consent of the employee.
• [II] The employee may have a third person render the services in his place with the consent of the employer.
• [III] If either party acts contrary to this provision, the other party may terminate the contract.
