มาตรา 584
  • ถ้าจ้างแรงงานรายใดมีสาระสำคัญอยู่ที่ตัวบุคคลผู้เป็นนายจ้าง ท่านว่าสัญญาเช่นนั้นย่อมระงับไปด้วยมรณะแห่งนายจ้าง
