  • อันว่าอุปกรณ์แห่งค่าระวางพาหนะนั้น ได้แก่ค่าใช้จ่ายอย่างใดๆ ตามจารีตประเพณีอันผู้ขนส่งได้เสียไปโดยควรในระวางขนส่ง
