มาตรา 751
  • ถ้าจำนำตราสารชะนิดออกให้แก่บุคคลเพื่อเขาสั่ง ท่านห้ามมิให้ยกขึ้นเป็นข้อต่อสู้บุคคลภายนอก เว้นแต่จะได้สลักหลังไว้ที่ตราสารให้ปรากฏการจำนำเช่นนั้น
  • อนึ่ง ในการนี้ไม่จำเป็นต้องบอกกล่าวแก่ลูกหนี้แห่งตราสาร
