มาตรา 757
  • บทบัญญัติทั้งหลายในลักษณะ ๑๓ นี้ ท่านให้ใช้บังคับแก่สัญญาจำนำที่ทำกับผู้ตั้งโรงรับจำนำโดยอนุญาตรัฐบาล แต่เพียงที่ไม่ขัดกับกฎหมายหรือข้อบังคับว่าด้วยโรงจำนำ
