มาตรา 554
- ถ้าผู้เช่ากระทำฝ่าฝืนบทบัญญัติในมาตรา ๕๕๒ มาตรา ๕๕๓ หรือฝ่าฝืนข้อสัญญา ผู้ให้เช่าจะบอกกล่าวให้ผู้เช่าปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้องตามบทกฎหมายหรือข้อสัญญานั้นๆ ก็ได้ ถ้าและผู้เช่าละเลยเสียไม่ปฏิบัติตาม ท่านว่าผู้ให้เช่าจะบอกเลิกสัญญาเสียก็ได้

- If the hirer acts contrary to the provisions of Sections 552, 553 or contrary to the terms of the contract, the letter may notify the hirer to comply with such provisions or terms, and if the hirer fails to comply, the letter may terminate the contract.
