มาตรา 694

• นอกจากข้อต่อสู้ซึ่งผู้ค้ำประกันมีต่อเจ้าหนี้นั้น ท่านว่าผู้ค้ำประกันยังอาจยกข้อต่อสู้ทั้งหลายซึ่งลูกหนี้มีต่อเจ้าหนี้ขึ้นต่อสู้ได้ด้วย
