นายจ้างจะโอนสิทธิของตนให้แก่บุคคลภายนอกก็ได้เมื่อลูกจ้างยินยอมพร้อมใจด้วย
ลูกจ้างจะให้บุคคลภายนอกทำงานแทนตนก็ได้เมื่อนายจ้างยินยอมพร้อมด้วย
ถ้าคู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดทำการฝ่าฝืนบทบัญญัตินี้ คู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งจะบอกเลิกสัญญาเสียก็ได้

[I] The employer may transfer his right to a third person with the consent of the employee.
[II] The employee may have a third person render the services in his place with the consent of the employer.
[III] If either party acts contrary to this provision, the other party may terminate the contract.
