- ค่าขนส่งทรัพย์สินซึ่งได้ซื้อขายกันไปยังที่แห่งอื่นนอกจากสถานที่อันพึงชำระหนี้นั้น ผู้ซื้อพึงออกใช้

The most plausible model for this section would be:
- Schweizerisches Obligationenrecht (1911), Art.189:
- [I] Muss die verkaufte Sache an einen anderen als den Erfüllungsort versendet werden, so trägt der Käufer die Transportkosten, sofern nicht etwas anderes vereinbart oder üblich ist.
- [II] Ist Frankolieferung verabredet, so wird vermutet, der Verkäufer habe die Transportkosten übernommen.
- [III] Ist Franko- und zollfreie Lieferung verabredet, so gelten die Ausgangs-, Durchgangs- und Eingangszölle, die während des Transportes, nicht aber die Verbrauchssteuern, die bei Empfang der Sache erhoben werden, als mitübernommen.
